The Partners
DiMarco Holdings is governed by a partnership of six senior professionals. Each partner holds a designated reference code used for internal identification and correspondence.
Xavier Renard
XLVIIXavier has led the DiMarco group's day-to-day operations since 2011, having joined as a senior advisor following a career in European structured finance. He chairs all partner assemblies and holds responsibility for the group's private investment portfolio.
Marcus Vell
Marcus oversees the group's holding structures and inter-entity relationships across its European jurisdictions. He joined the partnership in 2004 and has served as a director of six DiMarco subsidiary companies.
Sophia Aldrin
Sophia manages the group's direct investment activity, sourcing and evaluating proprietary opportunities referred through the partner network. She joined DiMarco Holdings in 2015 from a Geneva-based family office.
Pieter Van Horn
Pieter leads the group's logistics interests, with operational responsibility for its freight and warehousing portfolio across the Benelux and Swiss corridor. He has been with the group since 1999.
Camille Roux
Camille serves as the group's senior legal advisor, with particular focus on cross-border structuring, confidentiality arrangements, and partner governance. She was called to the Paris Bar in 1998.
Andrés Molina
Andrés manages the group's relationships with regulatory bodies, government counterparties, and external advisors across Southern Europe and the Iberian corridor. He joined the partnership in 2018.
Ingrid Hofer
Ingrid oversees the group's holding and structuring arrangements across its Austrian and Swiss entities. A former partner at a Viennese private law firm, she joined DiMarco Holdings in 2012.
